How to Start a Return
To return an item, simply contact us at hello@wakuwakuuniverse.com or through our "Contact Us" page. If we approve your return, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on where and how to send your item. Please remember that we can only accept returns that we've approved in advance, so make sure to reach out to us first. Also, keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that's damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, either via email or through our "Contact Us" page. We'll work quickly to arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange, depending on your preference. After we assess your claim, we'll get in touch to discuss how to best resolve the issue.
Returns Due to a Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or make a wrong selection. However, we can't provide refunds for these types of returns. We recommend carefully reviewing your orders before you finalise your purchase.
