Waku Waku Universe is based in Melbourne, Australia and all orders ship from here. We now ship to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Germany, New Zeland, Singapore, the United Kingdom & United States. We're continuously working to expand our shipping destinations to reach even more places.
Shipping Methods
All orders ship with Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post as soon as your order is dispatched.
If you cannot find your desired shipping option or if no options are available at checkout, please reach out to us via hello@wakuwakuuniverse.com or through our social media channels. We may be able to create a dedicated order for you.
Order tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email from Australia Post. Please make sure your email details are accurate when placing your order. If you haven't received any updates within 24 hours, kindly check your spam folder. Alternatively, you may track your parcel on the Australia Post website or via their mobile app.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order. Use our handy shipping calculator on the cart page to check the rate for your order.
For orders less than $99:
Standard shipping rates start at $9.4 (2-6 business days).
Express shipping rates start at $12.5 (1-3 business days).
Free standard shipping available for orders over $99.
Please note that for any free shipping promotion using a code, it is applicable to free standard shipping as well.
Domestic Letter Post for Eligible Items
Some lightweight items, such as sticker sheets, may be eligible for letter post. Letter post is only available for selected items and is not automatically available for all orders at checkout.
Regular letter post starts at $1.70 and does not include tracking.
Registered letter post starts at $5.90 and includes tracking and signature on delivery.
If you wish to purchase only items that can be shipped by letter post, please contact us before placing your order so we can check item eligibility and arrange a dedicated order for you.
International shipping rate:
Please note that the shipping rates displayed in this section are in AUD unless otherwise specified. Keep in mind that the shipping rates shown at checkout may be converted to your equivalent local currency.
For customers in New Zealand:
Standard shipping rates start at $15.35 (5-8 business days).
Express shipping rates start at $30.50 (2-5 business days).
Free standard shipping available for orders over $149.
Please note that for any free shipping promotion using a code, it is applicable to free standard shipping as well.
For customers in Indonesia, Hong Kong and Singapore:
Standard shipping rates start at $18.75 (5-8 business days).
Express shipping rates start at $33.75 (3-6 business days).
For customers in Canada and United States:
Standard shipping rates start at $21 (6-9 business days).
Express shipping rates start at $36 (3-6 business days).
For customers in Italy and Germany and United Kingdom:
Standard shipping rates start at $25.75 (5-8 business days).
Express shipping rates start at $40.75 (3-6 business days).
Order prepare timeframe
Our goal is to dispatch orders promptly, typically within 3 business days, and often on the same day! However, during peak holiday seasons or product launches, there might be slight delays. We appreciate your understanding in such instances.
How You Can Assist Us
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please double-check and provide accurate address details when placing your order. In case your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a new shipping fee will be required for us to resend your order.
